It was okay,arrived damaged so there's a sizeable mark on the top of the hood that is not smoothing out. Nose is pretty flat, very comfortable to wear though.
Wrinkles may occure in shipment, these can be removed buy washing you hood in warm water and allowing to dry naturally
Delivery was faster than stated.

Very nice quality! Surprisingly comfortable. The only small downside is the neoprene smell. I haven't done it to mine but a bath of 1 cup distilled vinegar to 4 cup water mix can help, suggested by some pup friends.
