Seller dont communicate, they dont respond here, or via email or in any other way, i never got told the mask was sent, there for i was not able to pick it up, now they have the mask and they dont answer about how i get it now.

The mask has severe wrinkles that occurred due to improper packaging. The seller does not respond to inquiries.
We don't seem to have any emails from your order. Wrinkles may occure in shipment but these can be remoed by washing in warm water and allowing to dry naturally
