Slide the thumbs into the awaiting holes and rotate the two jaws until they engage the ratchets, and lock the two thumbs inside. The double-locked cuff effectively restrains but still keeps the eight other fingers free to touch and play with. How about daring the restrained to please you or to carry out seductive tasks?

Tie some rope around the middle of the cuffs and fixate the wearer by tying them to a bedpost. Alternatively, use the rope as a leash and drag them around by their thumbs.
